Elise joined the Murphy lab in May 2025 as a PhD student in the BU Program in Biomedical Sciences (PiBS). Her research focuses on harnessing the centenarian iPSC bank to identify novel geroprotective agents. She is also working to advance the development of surrogate markers for longevity signatures.
In her free time she enjoys lifting heavy things, running around, and embarking on leisurely ice cream-fueled strolls through Cambridge.
